FAQs 2017-12-12T16:01:50+02:00
I dropped my device and it is making strange noises. What should I do? 2017-10-15T14:42:07+02:00

•  It’s extremely important that the device be turned off and unplugged as soon as the failure or malfunction occurs. This will significantly increase the data recovery success rate.

•  Then let Dataplistic’s experts diagnostically determine both the cause and extent of damage.

•  Additional physical or structural damage and irreversible data loss may occur if you try to repair it yourself.
